The Emergency Preparedness Program Consultants Inc. was
established by Jonathan Cuneo in 2000. EPPC Inc. was founded
with the mission to work with the community, local scouts,
businesses and emergency service organizations such as fire
and police departments. With the intention of helping prepare for,
respond to, and clean up local disasters and emergencies.

What can we do for you? We provide a large variety of services
such as American Heart Associations CPR and First Aid courses,
Emergency Medical Technician continuing education, facility
evacuation planning, construction site first aid, rescue standbys,
AED sales and medical coverage. With our state of the art
equipment and training we can make your business, home,
church, camping trip or event safer.

The Emergency Preparedness Program Consultants Inc. Special
Operations Unit can be deployed for emergencies by the request
of the incident commander. EPPC Special Operations can be
deployed within one hour from the time your call is received.

Construction Site Safety and Standbys
EPPC Special Operations is a provider of many construction site
safety standbys. If you are looking for high-rise, confined space,
on site first aid, site safety or security checks please feel free to
contact us for more information. Our expert team of technicians
and specialists can make your site safer and help assist with the
difficulties of filing permits and applications.

Our expert team is ready 24/7 and if something goes wrong on
site and if additional help is needed our central communications
dispatch center will activate additional assistance in just seconds.

Basic Rescue and Emergency Care
EPPC will be hosting a very special and very new Search and
Rescue course. This course will cover the basics of urban such
and rescue , tools used and the skilled need to conduct safe SAR
operations in the urban environment. The course is set to be
hosted at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. The course
will take place over a 5 day period. The course will be about 20%
classroom and 80% field work.. The course will involve day and
night evolutions as well as critical confined space and technical
rescue evolutions. More information forth coming soon please
