As of April 2009 Fredrick
Howcroft has taken over the
duty of Official EPPC
photographer. Fred has been
through technical rescue
parts one and two. Fred is a
certified EMT as well as a US
Army Venturing. Fred is
charged with gathering and
distributing all photos of the
individual EPPC units.
