EPPC hosted the First ever Emergency Preparedness Weekend in
2004 in Kingston MA. This weekend set the precedent for E-Prep
Weekends all around the world. E-Prep Weekend is a weekend
where scouts gather at camp and learn how to prepare, respond
and recover from a disaster. The weekend plays host to many
merit badge opportunities. Including hands on training in unique
and fun areas such as the Jaws of Life, EMS, SWAT and much
more.

EPPC hosts scout events and weekends throughout out the year
in various locations. Most EPPC Scout Courses are discount rated.

If you would like to participate in an event or course please
contact our main office. If you do not see the event you are
looking for listed, please contact us and we will set up a private
session for your troop.
All EPPC Scout Events are held in the name of a good
friend of Mathew McCue. Matt lost his life in 2009 after
fighting a long and courageous battle with cancer. During
Matthews time as a scout he attend many EPPC events
and was in a venture crew with many of the EPPC staff.
In 2004 Mathew served on the Emergency Preparedness
Weekend Staff. Mat will remain in our hearts and minds
every day. Events are all hosted in his Honor.
