 JONATHAN CUNEO
Jon is a specialist in confined space rescue,
technical rope rescue and extrication.
Cuneo is the founder of the company and
special operations unit. Cuneo is an
instructor in technical rope rescue and
vehicle extrication. He is a certified
hazardous materials decontamination
technician and certified Emergency
Medical Technician. He attended Massasoit
community college. Jon is an Eagle Scout

 STEVE GOODWIN
Steve is charged with all the
communications equipment and supply. He
makes sure that all the radios are working
and programed for the current operation.
He runs the mobile command center during
large operations. He is a rescue specialist.
Steve has been in the fire service for over
15 years. Steve is a cerified disaster
communicator. Steve is the second in
command of the company.

 MATHEW WEIKEL
Mathew Weikel is charged with the over all
operations of the EPPC Medical Division.
He works with the EPPC Medical Control
Doctor. Mat makes sure that all equipment
is ready to deploy for standby converge
and rapid response to hurricane relief
efforts. . Mat is a certified Emergency
Medical Technician.

 PATRICK UPATHAM
Patrick is former emergency medical
technician in Maine and is currently a
hazardous materials specialist with much
practical experience. Pat is working
toward getting his technical rescue
certification as well as his airborne
certification in the next few years. Pat is a
very enthusiastic and hard working
member of the EPPC staff.

Charlie is a rescue specialist and certified
Emergency Medical Technician Paramedic.
He is a certified extrication technician and
confined space Technician. He is an key
member of the unit and is charged with
preforming rescue operations and safety
at construction sites as well as hurricane
relief efforts and operations.

 EDWARD ROWELL
Edward is a rescue specialist and AHA
CPR instructor. Ed work with the special
operations unit and education department
to perform a wide variet of tasks for the
company. Ed donates a good amount of
time every month to work with the Boy and
Girl Scouts. Ed is a certified Emergency
Medical Technician.

Marie is a member of the administration
staff and is assigned to the medical
division. She works with the medical units
in the field to get critical information to the
field units. She is a certified vet tech and
has been working with animals for many
years.

Brian is a Massachusetts certified EMT.
Brian works as a special police officer in
Abigtion MA. He has his hosting licence
and confined space entry certification.
Brian runs his own business has an
electrician. Brian is a certifed rescue diver.
He will be working with the technical
rescue unit and water rescue unit.

 MICHELL KILLBURN
Michelle is a certified water rescue/ life
guard at the YMCA. Michelle is CPR and
AED Certified and is now in training to get
her technical rescue certification. She will
be working with the water rescue unit
mainly however will also be training with
the TRU over the next few months.

Ed is a new member to the staff. He is
Tech training and has just graduated from
the Massachusetts Auxiliary Police
Academy. Is an EMT working for Fallon
Ambulance in Quincy. He is currently
working on getting Confined space and
airborne certified.

Andy is an Eagle Scout as well as an adult
leader in a local boy scout troop. Andy has
completed technical rescue training and
enjoyed free climbing in his spare time.
Andy is working towards his EMT. He is

Dave is a member of the Swansea Fire
Department. He works full time of Alert
Ambulance and is currently working
towards his Fire 1 and 2. He has enjoyed
rock climbing for about 9 years. He attend
collage to major in culinary arts. Dave is
Technical Rescue Certifed. Dave is an
Eagle Scout

Fred is a certified EMT and currently
works at Beverly Hospital in the
emergency room. Fred is a former
member of the US Army. He is a certified
technical rescue basic technician. Fred is
the official EPPC photographer.

  EPPP Mechanic
Ricky is one of the youngest member of the
team. He is a certified extrication
Technician, high-rise technician and a
search and rescue specialist. He has been
with the team since he was 15 year old.
He has enlisted in the United States Navy
and will be leaving the EPPC ranks soon.
He is a young enthusiastic gentlemen that
has earned the respect and trust of the
team

 JOSH SMITH
Josh is an active duty US ARMY Reserve
core member. He has served one tour
over seas during Operation Iraq Freedom
and is still with the USANG. Josh is
working on his EMT and Life Guard at this
time. He will be joining the technical rescue
unit very soon.

Tom is a certified Massachusetts
emergency medical technician. Tom has
completed the EPPC technical rescue one
and two as well as vehicle extrication part
one. Tom works for Alert Ambulance
Services full time and fills in at EPPC when
needed.
